US President Donald Trump signed a US $ 2.3 trillion Covid-19 aid package and a US $ 600 government fund that includes a stimulus package for most Americans.

The Bill (RUU) approves assistance of US $ 600 to those earning less than US $ 75,000 a year.

The bill also introduced additional unemployment assistance of US $ 300 a week and a 'forgivable loan' program for small businesses.

In addition, a child assistance fee of US $ 600 per person was also introduced.

Earlier, President Donald Trump reportedly failed to sign the Covid-19 stimulus package.

Following Trump's actions, Presidential Candidate Joe Biden warned that there would be adverse effects if Trump continued to delay the signing of the package.

Biden described Trump's actions as irresponsible.

"This is the day after Christmas Day and millions of families do not know if they will be able to continue living due to Trump's refusal to sign a Congressional aid bill passed with bipartisan support," Biden said.
