President Donald Trump allegedly promised to intervene in a lawsuit by the state of Texas filed in the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to overturn a voting decision in 4 states facing defeat with his rival President-elect Joe Biden.
The lawsuit, announced yesterday by Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton, targets election battlefields in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
In addition, Trump claimed that he had won the election and had made baseless allegations of vote fraud.
However, Trump did not provide details on the intervention measures in the case, whether his presidential campaign or the US Department of Justice will take action.
