North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has promised to strengthen his country's nuclear weapons system, days before Joe Biden takes office as US president. According to analysts, Kim allegedly wanted to attract the attention of the Biden administration.
This follows a nuclear summit between Kim and US President Donald Trump in Hanoi in February 2019, which has failed.
Earlier, the North Korean leader had described the US as the main enemy of his country. Therefore, the principles and policies of the country will not change even if the US leadership will change hands. Worse, Kim calls Biden a dog that deserves to be killed.
Meanwhile, North Korea has finalized plans to build a nuclear-powered submarine, and submitted a budget list including hypersonic launch heads, military spy satellites and ballistic missiles (ICBM).
For all you know, Pyongyang's weapons program has made rapid progress under Kim's rule, and successfully created the world's largest missile.
However, North Korea claims that they will reciprocate the US action commensurate with what they received. If the US behaves rudely, they will not hesitate to do the same.
