Token Cardano, ADA continues to shine as the fourth most valuable cryptocurrency after Tether (USDT), overtaking Polkadot (DOT) which is now in fifth place.
This morning, the ADA recorded a price of $ 0.90, bringing the market capitalization to more than $ 28 billion after a 31% jump last week.
Last month, Cardano's market capitalization rose 137% followed by positive movements since February 3, when the price was $ 0.44.
Although a few days ago ADA passed the price of $ 0.95 and slightly declined afterwards, the token still managed to retain most of its value.
This keeps the ADA in its momentum for more than a week.
In January, the ADA was only worth $ 0.35. Then in early February, IOHK director of marketing and communications Tim Harrison told Cardano it would switch to a multi-asset blockchain (MA), opening up more probabilities and the ADA would remain Cardano's main currency.
Cardano will allow the issuance of ‘Native Tokens’ by users on the blockchain by the end of February.
At the time of writing, the ADA is trading at $ 0.88, up 22.78% in 24 hours. The market capitalization record now stands at $ 27.5 billion.
