In an interview with Bloomberg, IOHK founder and CEO Charles Hoskinson revealed more than 100 firms are in the process of moving to Cardano from Ethereum.
However, it will happen if the last phase of the ecosystem update is ‘mature’.
So far, the one that has shown determination to move to Cardano is artificial intelligence (AI) technology firm, SingularityNET.
According to Hoskinson, the Cardano blockchain is currently far more efficient than other blockchains that preceded it with the statement: "You can bring your DeFi and run it on my system at a cost of 1/100 to 1/1000."
At the same time, the Cardano founder also slammed the largest decentralized exchange (DEX), Uniswap and a virtual game developed at Ethereum, CrytpoKitties:
"I don't care about Uniswap, CryptoKitties and others. They are bubbles that will grow and burst. ”
However, the opposite impression arose regarding Cardano when Nic Carter of Coin Metrics questioned the use of the blockchain, "I am not aware that any popular applications have been developed on Cardano, and I also do not see enthusiasm among developers for the platform."
