Snoop Dogg who is a famous rapper announced that he will launch NFT (non-fungible token) which is now the craze of the crypto community. NFT known as “A Journey With The Dogg” will feature some of his works including his songs.
Of late artists and celebrities have shown interest in NFT because of the popularity and opportunities offered by NFT. Snoop was one of the first artists to launch NFT in collaboration with Crypto.com.
Cryptographers expect the move to encourage other artists to follow in Snoop’s footsteps in this regard. A total of eight of his works consisting of songs and his artwork will be traded. The NFT launch will also feature artwork known as Snoop Dogge Coins.
According to him, his work will be open for sale after 1 hour of launch. Proceeds from these sales will be donated to funding for football and help other singers.
In addition to Snoop Dogg, Lionel Richie and Boy George are a few names issuing NFT tokens alongside crypto.com. The first NFT Snoop Dogg will be released on April 2.
