Mah Sing Obtained a Glove Export License

 Mah Sing Healthcare Sdn. Bhd, a wholly -owned subsidiary of property developer Mah Sing Group Bhd, obtained a business license and other relevant permits for the export of gloves.


Through a statement issued, the company has commenced operations of its glove manufacturing plant in Kapar, Klang and added the delivery of the first gloves is expected to start this month or next month.


The company has procured sufficient raw materials to meet orders and interests from its buyers and distributors, which are mainly for markets such as the United States (US), Canada, West Asia, Europe, United Kingdom (UK), Japan, China, Korea, Singapore , Russia and Latin America, ”said the statement as reported by Bernama.


Mah Sing Healthcare added that the company had also received an export license from the Malaysian Rubber Board, thus facilitating the export business for the firm's glove manufacturing operations.



In addition, the company also obtained two Food and Drug Administration (FDA) establishment licenses for Nitrile Polymer Patient Examination Gloves and Latex Patient Examination Gloves from the US FDA.


According to the statement, the company has also made good progress in obtaining FDA 510 (k) Premarket Notication ’and‘ Conformitè Europëenne (CE) Marking ’for export to the US and European markets.


"This success places Mah Sing among the first new glove participants in Malaysia to start producing gloves to meet market demand immediately," he said.


Mah Sing explained that the implementation of his glove exploration effort was on schedule as six production lines would be operational in the second quarter of this year, followed by six more production lines in the third quarter.
