Companies Don't Stay Silent, 2,6000 Mining Machines Flown To Kazakhstan!

 BIT Mining, a Shenzhen -based bitcoin mining company (BTC), has reportedly started moving Bitcoin mining machines to Kazakhstan.


The New York Stock Exchange -listed Bitcoin mining company issued a statement on Monday that their company has moved its first -phase mining machines to the Central Asian country. The first batch sent had 320 bitcoin mining machines with a total computing power of 18.2 petahash per second.


According to BIT Mining, the ‘mining’ operation is expected to operate on June 27. In the meantime, a second batch of 2,600 machines by July 1st.


The move comes after Chinese authorities ordered 26 Bitcoin mining centers (BTC) in Sichuan, one of China’s counties that cover mining activities, to close on June 20. Therefore, proactive measures should be taken to ensure that Bitcoin mining can continue.



BIT Mining said in an announcement that its subsidiary Ganzi Changhe Hydropower Consumption Service Co. received a notice on Saturday informing that the power supply would be terminated at 9pm Beijing time, June 19. Ganzi Changhe Data Center reportedly accounted for about 3% of the Company’s total revenue in May 2021,


Ganzi is one of three mountainous provinces in the western part of Sichuan province close to Tibet that is famous for its bitcoin mining centers due to its abundant hydroelectric resources.


On the other hand, also saw the transfer of mining machines from other companies. Guangzhou logistics firm today confirmed at least 3,000kg of dumping bitcoin mining machines from China have been transferred to Maryland, United States (US).


Bitcoin (BTC) today continued its ‘horrible plunge’, below the $ 30,000 level with the current value of writing recorded at the $ 29,612.01 level declining almost 10% in 24 hours.
