Based on data from CoinMarketCap, cryptocurrencies like Doge Killer, Baby Doge Coin and Shiba Inu were among the most popular last week in the U.S., outpacing public interest in Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

Since the beginning of this year, crypto memes have managed to attract the attention of many people especially among the crypto community. It’s becoming a trend everywhere, whether online or offline. Dogecoin is a crypto that triggered and led the ‘coin’ meme trend earlier this year.

Crypto launched in 2013, this has reached a level beyond the expectations of many people and also managed to get support from Elon Musk. Since gaining the support of Elon Musk, well-known artists and brands have also begun to openly express support for Dogecoin.

On the other hand, it also produced many crypto memes, among the most popular is Shiba Inu. Shiba Inu even once ranked in the top 20 charts in the crypto list based on total market capitalization. However, in line with the market correction and negative sentiment, crypto memes are among the most affected.

But interestingly, even though the price of crypto memes has fallen from all -time highs, interest in crypto memes has not faded. CoinMarketCap data shows that Shiba Inu is a crypto that is becoming a ‘trend’ by occupying the top 4th chart last week.

Surprisingly, the Dogecoin -inspired crypto Doge Killer (Leash) ranks first in the most attention -grabbing crypto. Doge Killer only has around 100,000 tokens circulating in the market, where it takes a different step from other Doge imitators.
