Fintech firm Verifone will partner with bitcoin payment service provider BitPay in an effort to introduce cryptocurrency payment options to its clients.

The service is said to be introduced later before the end of 2021 and is only limited available in the United States (US).

Through that method, Verifone users can enjoy crypto payments at any of its branches and Cloud Services eCommerce platform.

This advantage can also at the same time help merchants to further expand their customers' payment options while promoting the acceptance of digital assets.

The facility accommodates several cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Gemini dollar (GUSD), USD Coin (USDC) , USD Partners LP (USDP), Dai (DAI), and Binance USD (BUSD).

Users simply need to use a crypto wallet of either BitPay, BlockchainCom, BRD, or Metamask on the Verifone device and scan the QR code at checkout. Once all is done, Verifone will send the payment to the merchant's bank account in fiat currency.

In addition to Verifone, BitPay also collaborates with Apple. In April, Apple users can shop using BTC through Apple Pay, provided they have a BitPay card and are added to their Apple Wallet.

Meanwhile property management firm, Magnum Real Estate Group has allowed its buyers to use BTC for the purchase of a three -story building worth $ 29 million. Purchase transactions will be processed by BitPay.
