The world’s largest crypto exchange, Binance has reportedly registered three new firms in Ireland despite facing legal pressure around the world.

Binance (APAC) Holdings, Binance (Services) Holdings, and Binance Technologies were formally established in the country on September 27 after Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao signed registration documents for the three firms on September 10 and 13, 2021.

The bold action from Binance came as the exchange was gripped by supervisory bodies from Australia, the United States (US), and the United Kingdom (UK).

All three firms are registered as accounting offices and were developed on behalf of Binance by law firm Mason Hayes & Curran.

Previously Binance (Ireland) Holdings was developed according to Zhao’s residential address in Malta. However, Malta’s financial supervisor explained Binance was not under surveillance despite having been established since 2018.

Then on September 24, China’s central bank announced restrictions on cryptocurrency -related services provided by international exchanges like Binance.

Not only that, Binance is also facing monitoring from Singapore's supervisory body, causing them to limit product offerings in the country.
