Serba Dinamik Stocks Suspended, This Is What Investors Need To Know

 After selling his entire stake in warrants last week, Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim was reported to have bought 1 million shares of Serba Dinamik.


For information, Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim has held 786.38 million shares or 21.2% stake in Serba Dinamik, and 1 million shares bought last Friday is an addition.


Prior to the release of the report on the purchase, trading of Serba Dinamik shares on Bursa Malaysia was suspended from 2.30pm (Friday, October 22) until further notice was issued by the exchange regulator to maintain an orderly and fair market.



This suspension includes all structured warrants related to Versatile Dynamics at the same time.


Prior to the suspension, Serba Dinamik's share price was at 35 sen, while the company's warrant price was at 7 sen.


Meanwhile, according to a separate report, Bursa Malaysia has set Tuesday, October 26 as the deadline for Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd to announce findings from the Independent Special Review (SIR) on audit issues raised by its former external auditor KPMG.


The postponement of trading of stocks and All -Dynamic warrants is reported to remain until the company makes an announcement as complying with the directive.
