Based on the current price per unit of ETH = $ 4,328, making the price of the land in Genesis Land worth $ 2,380,400 (RM10,087,659.12).
The sale is the most expensive record for a virtual land in the world.
Real estate in Decentraland
Some individuals have bought a virtual site in Decentraland for 618,000 MANA on 23 November.
The current price per unit MANA = $ 5.12, making the price of the land worth $ 3,164,160 (RM13,414,456.32).
For the record, the value of this virtual land is more expensive than most homes in Manhattan and San Francisco.
Sailboat in The Sandbox
A yacht ‘The Metaflower Super Mega Yatch’ sold for 149 ETH.
The current price per unit of ETH = $ 4,328, making the price of the sea vehicle $ 644,872 (RM2,733,934.84)
The virtual yacht became the first most expensive NFT asset in The Sandbox to be successfully sold to date.
NFT Disney
A limited edition NFT sculpture produced by Disney successfully sold for $ 1,442,889 (RM6,117,127.92) on November 25th.
Based on records, Disney produced 4,333 of the digital sculptures and sold them at $ 333 per unit.
All units sold in 1 second!
However, the above collection has yet to surpass the world's most expensive NFT record to date which sold at $ 69.3 million in early March 2021 - Everydays: The First 5000 Days.
The digital art was produced by artist Mike "Beeple" Winkelman before being bidding at Christie's bidding house.
