Oops! Google Anti-Vaccine Worker?

Whoops, Google employees believe the anti-vaccine conspiracy to?

At least 600 Google employees signed a manifesto asking their employers to withdraw the mandatory mandate of Covid-19 vaccination before employees return to office next year.

On Nov. 4, the Joe Biden administration instructed companies with more than 100 employees to ensure each of their employees was fully vaccinated or tested negative for the virus on a weekly basis.

In response to the policy, Google has asked more than 150,000 of its employees to upload their vaccination status into the company’s portal before December.

The company also stated that employees who work closely with the government need to get vaccinated even if they do not come to the office.

According to CNBC, the signed manifesto urges company bosses to create new vaccine mandates including Goggle.

The manifesto also called on workers to ‘oppose the mandate (vaccination) as a principle’ and stressed that the policy could not change their decision if they had already chosen not to get the Covid-19 vaccine.

Google, however, stuck to its policy in response to the protest.

Google has stressed to their employees about the need for vaccinations as it is one of the best ways to keep their workforce safe and ensure their services continue to run smoothly.

In the meantime, Google employees will return to work in the office 3 times a week starting January 10, 2022.

President Joe Biden’s vaccination mandate faces legal action in several states claiming that the president has exceeded his powers because the U.S. Constitution requires Congressional approval to make such a move.
