The Dynamic ‘Empire’ loses its ‘General’.
Less than a month into his tenure as chairman of Serba Dinamik, Datuk Seri Mohamed Farid Abu Hassan has resigned on the grounds of ‘biased regulatory prosecution aimed at Serba Dinamik’.
Previously, Datuk Seri Farid was appointed as the chairman of the group on 24 November 2021 and his position will be replaced by a non -independent non -executive director, Datuk Abdul Kadier Sahib effective Monday 20 December.
Apart from that, Serba Dinamik also announced the resignation of independent and non -executive director, Siti Zaleha Sulaiman who was appointed on 7 July 2021 for the same reason.
Meanwhile, Serba Dinamik has been embroiled in various controversies in recent times with the issue of changing judges and demotion stemming from its auditing cases.
To date, Serba Dinamik shares are trading at 35 sen with a market capitalization of RM1.3 billion.
