ARK Investment Management owner Cathie Wood bought more than a million shares in Twitter a day after Jack Dorsey resigned as the social network’s CEO.
According to the firm's daily report, ARK acquired 1.1 million Twitter shares worth US $ 48.9 million or RM205.6 million at a closing price of US $ 43.94 late Tuesday, November 30.
They have lost 3.4% after it opened lower.
On Monday after the company named its head of technology, Parag Agrawal, as CEO its shares were closed 2.7%lower.
ARK on Tuesday bought 837,248 shares in online brokerage firm, Robinhood Markets Inc, worth US $ 21.7 million.
The previous day they bought 915.63 shares and took advantage of the withdrawal of those shares.
