Apparently, a selfie is worth more than you might expect.
A modest Indonesian youth, Ghozali Ghozalo has uploaded 1,000 selfies as non-fungible tokens (NFT) on the OpenSea platform and within two days, his collection managed to reach a value of almost 1 ETH (RM14,039) from a floor price of $ 3 (RM12.53). ).
The NFT collection ‘Ghozali Everyday’ is a dumping of his selfies taken from the age of 18 to 22 in 2021.
It is understood that Ghozali only wanted to create a video of the days leading up to the convocation ceremony using a collection of selfies taken in front of a computer every day.
The video was uploaded on Youtube on January 3 after a piece of her selfie was auctioned on OpenSea the day before.
To date, Ghozali_Ghozalu #331 is the most expensive NFT, sold at 2 ETH (RM27,796).
Meanwhile, Ghozali's successful profit reached the value of 282 ETH (RM3,918,684), fortunately there is the Indonesian Masterchef champion - Arnold Poernomo who promoted this NFT before it spread to the rest of the world.
Ghozali happened today 🧵
A collage kid who challenged himself how far his engagement can go by minting 1000days of his selfie on OS. It was shilled by @Jejouw and although it may seems funny and as a meme. We came in @Barthazian @sweettoothnft @TheBoggartt @Nate_Rivers pic.twitter.com/BbNwAHK5W2

The collection from Ghozali is reminiscent of Beeple’s work, ‘Everydays: The First 5000 Days’ which sold for $ 69 million!
What's more, try uploading your selfie one on OpenSea. Who knows can be a millionaire in two days je.
