MAS appointed Goldair as its 'Hercules' in the sky of 'Olympus'.
Malaysia Airlines Bhd (MAS) has appointed Greece -based Goldair as its general sales agent (GSA) to expand the airline's global airline network.
According to a statement issued by MAS United Kingdom (UK) and Europe regional director Daniel Bainbridge, the Greek market has become an important contributor to Malaysia's global hospitality network and MAS is confident Goldair's regional expertise will help the market's growth in the country.
He added that the marketing strategy is expected to enhance MAS's name in Greece and drive sales growth in the Greek market, which was previously heavily focused on the marine travel sector.
According to Nikos Sofiadis, Goldair's deputy managing director, the partnership between MAS and Goldiar is an important event for both companies.
Meanwhile, Goldair is one of the largest and most respected organizations in the field of transportation and tourism in the Greek market.
