Omicron has arrived! I repeat, OMICRON HAS ARRIVED!
Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the wave of Omicron variants had already begun in Malaysia and he expected cases involving Covid-19 in the country to increase.
However, he added that the situation was still under control due to the high vaccination rate in the country.
Ciapan on Twitter said the country's healthcare system was in a state of readiness while serious cases were declining and he believed all citizens could weather this wave together.
Meanwhile, the director general of health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah explained in his Facebook page that the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) has been prepared in carrying out the implementation of public health measures and self -test coverage on a regular basis.
