Recent developments on the geopolitical crisis continue to add to the relief for the world after Russia’s Defense Ministry announced the termination of its military exercises in Crimea.
By sharing a video showing his military forces leaving the area and military equipment also being taken away, it has reduced the likelihood that Moscow will invade Ukraine.
Earlier, the United States warned that Moscow's attack on Kiev would continue even though they had announced some of its troops had returned to bases from the Ukrainian border.
Meanwhile, a series of cyber attacks have taken place against Ukrainian military websites, where at least 10 Ukriane websites were inaccessible as a result of the attacks.
These include the websites of the ministries of defense, culture and foreign affairs as well as the two largest state banks in Ukraine.
A European diplomat said the attack was one component of a Russian strategy once used in past military confrontations with Georgia and Ukraine.
