‘After this, Android users don’t have to worry about annoying ads.’

Google announced that they will adopt new privacy restrictions that will prevent information tracking across apps on Android devices.

Google's action is seen following in the footsteps of Apple which introduced privacy restrictions to prevent advertising companies from taking user information against iPhone devices.

This means that Google will replace the use of Advertising IDs on all devices that have previously collected information to help advertising companies track and share user information.

Among those who will be severely affected by this action is Meta's Facebook.

In the past, Apple, which has introduced restrictions on its production devices, has caused Meta, which relies on user information to be provided to advertising companies, to suffer a $ 10 billion in sales losses. It also caused Meta to lose $ 232 billion in market capitalization in one day.

Google also criticized Apple's actions but did not name the company.

In the meantime, Google has stated that it will implement the privacy restrictions in stages in the next 2 years.
