Legends and former Manchester United players Gary Neville and Paul Scholes will work with Singaporean tycoon Peter Lim and his son Kiat Lim to build an organization based on a blockchain network that allows fans to make sports -related investments.
Highlighting the idea of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), the project was named CO92 DAO, in honor of the Manchester United team in 1992 with a focus on football -related entities.
Kiat Lim in his email said they were looking at various professional football project opportunities as the industry was not cheap and easy. So it requires a high commitment of time and expertise in ensuring the project is successful.

The issue arose as Kiat Lim declined to comment further on the amount of money required and details on the ownership structure which were still unclear.
So far, Kiat has only stated they will use public tokens with no minimum amount for anyone wishing to participate and details of the allocation will be announced in the near future.
