Serba Dinamik has filed a notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal to quash the order of the Judicial Commissioner of the High Court, Wan Muhammad Amin Wan Yahya.
According to sources, the Court of Appeal has received a notice of appeal by the Serba Dinamik.
It is common knowledge that Serba Dinamik has been directed by the High Court to disclose factual updates (FFU) on a special independent review (SIR) conducted by Ernst & Young Consulting (EY Consulting).
Following the story, on 7 February 2022, Wan Muhammad Amin Wan Yahya ordered Serba Dinamik to disclose the FFU requested by Bursa Malaysia.
Subsequently, 10 February 2022, Judge Datuk Ahmand Fairuz Zainol Abidin in a High Court hearing decided to dismiss Serba Dinamik’s application for an injunction to prohibit the exchange from forcing it to make a public announcement of the FFU.
