There is another NFT Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) collection that sold cheap due to the owner's mistake.
Alamak! What happen?
It is understood that BAYC #835 was sold at a price of $ 115 (RM485.07) while the owner known as ‘cchan’ got the NFT at a price of 16 ETH equivalent, $ 54,473 (RM229,767) in August 2021.
The situation occurred when cchan mistakenly accepted a bid he thought was in the ETH unit but apparently 115 DAI.
The same goes for the Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) collection #11670 which sold at 25 DAI ($ 25, equivalent to RM105.45) even though the floor price for MAYC starts at 22.6 ETH ($ 76,919.38, RM324,445.94).
Maybe this is not the name of sustenance, right?
Though cchan has the opportunity to sell the NFT at a higher price because there are three price offers around 75 ETH and 106 ETH.
Even more heartbreaking for cchan when it found out that the new owners of the two NFTs managed to redeem 12,136 ApeCoin (APE).
At the time of writing, APE is trading at $ 14.22 per unit with a decline of over 5% in 24 hours.
Therefore, do not trade when breastfeeding or do not be too excited to be mistaken.
This is reminiscent of the mistake of the BAYC owner who sold his NFT at a price of RM12,706.50 due to a typo.
