Russian President Vladimir Putin informed that there is progress in the dialogue between Russia and Ukraine.Waima so he did not elaborate on the statement.

The statement was issued after Putin met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Moscow. Putin also informed that the dialogue between Russia and Ukraine will continue on a daily basis.

Russia had previously launched an offensive on Ukraine on February 24, shortly after Putin recognized the pro-Russian separatist-held territory as an independent state. This action has drawn condemnation not only from Ukraine but many countries.
