The Ukrainian government has agreed to launch a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) featuring the tragedy of Russia’s invasion of its country, much like a museum.
The decision was announced personally by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Alex Bornyakov yesterday.
It is understood each NFT will represent digital news based on trusted sources.
The establishment of the NFT museum was sourced from contributions to the Ukrainian government in the form of cryptocurrencies amounting to over $ 100 million.
Not only that, the donations were also used to donate bulletproof vests, food supplies, medicines, and other military supplies not including weapons.
This museum-like NFT collection is a replacement for the airdrop launch that Ukraine abruptly canceled on March 3rd.
