Meta gives Employees Who Do Not Inject Booster Into The Office

Meta Platform Inc., formerly Facebook, now allows its employees who do not take the 3rd injection or booster shot of Covid-19 to enter offices in the United States (US).

According to Meta spokesperson Tracy Clayton, Meta updated the company’s requirements in early March to align with Centers for Infectious Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and now it allows those who have not yet received a booster to enter the office but taking the injection is encouraged.

Generally, the social media company previously only allowed its employees who had already received booster injections with evidence attachments only to enter the office while the company monitored the situation of the Omicron variant.

In a separate news, Meta’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) was comfortably called a ‘sinner man’ when his employees compared him to the ‘Eye of Sauron’.

For anyone who doesn’t know, Eye of Sauron is an antagonistic character in the main series Lord of the Rings that symbolizes the element of pure evil.

In an interview with Tim Ferriss, the CEO revealed that his employees refer to himself as the Eye of Sauron and he is seen liking the comparison.

Clearly, the term was given to him because he ‘gave an endless amount of energy to do something’.

He added that he often tries to give immediate feedback in his work environment and delivering directly is better than scheduling a meeting.

Happy story of Mark Zuckerberg’s ‘suffocating’ nature of his employees.
