It has become common for some Malaysians to choose to board a plane for the purpose of returning home in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday.
When talking about local ‘planes’, it has become synonymous with the country’s low -cost airline, Capital A formerly AirAsia.
Even so recently Capital A has been severely criticized by virtual citizens (netizens) for rescheduling its domestic flights several times without notice to customers.
Several users on the Twitter page have voiced their anger and dissatisfaction over the Capital A rescheduling decision which is said to be too frequent.
One user stated that every time he chose AirAsia his flight was rescheduled and on the day his flight was supposed to depart, the company had rescheduled the flight twice.
Another user on the Twitter page also expressed his dissatisfaction that the flight was rescheduled without prior notice.
Despite many expressing anger and dissatisfaction, another Twitter user managed to joke by asking Capital A to change its name to ‘Capital F’ as a symbol of failure.
Meanwhile, AirAsia has issued an official apology statement for the delay in domestic flights for more than 10 hours during the last Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Labor Day holidays.
According to the apology, AirAsia is said to be doing everything it can to minimize any disruption to customers and ensure everyone can get to their destination quickly.
However, it is easy to say that instead of doing and until now AirAsia still failed to solve the problem of delays or rescheduling flights.
