It is common knowledge that Coinbase is the largest cryptocurrency exchange application from the United States (US).
But now Coinbase Global Inc is taking a bigger step by venturing into the world of non-fungible tokens (NFT) by offering NFT market facilities in its applications.
The matter has been confirmed by Coinbase itself through a statement posted on the company's official Twitter page.

Even so, Coinbase stated that the NFT market that was introduced is still in its early stages (beta) and they are working to add various functions to the platform.
For the record, the NFT market was first introduced in October last year and was only open to a ‘small group’ of consumers in the US only in April.
The company will slowly add more users to its waiting list over the next 3 to 5 weeks while the platform is still in beta.
The popularity of NFT may have decreased compared to the beginning of 2021 but this new offering by Coinbase may be able to revive the trend of NFT, or may not.
