South Korean prosecutors are currently hunting the founder of Terra Do Kwon who was previously believed to be in Singapore. Most recently South Korean prosecutors are contacting Interpol to issue a 'Red Notice' against Terra's founder when the Singaporean police confirmed that he is no longer in Singapore.
Earlier, the Public Prosecutor's Office denied Do Kwon's defense and claimed that he was "clearly on the run" and failed to cooperate in the investigation.
The Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office has begun procedures to place Do Kwon on Interpol's red notice list and revoke his passport, based on recent media reports. If the application is accepted, a notice will be sent to the police in 195 countries around the world.
The move came after the Singapore police confirmed that Do Kwon was no longer in Singapore. However Terra founder Do Kwon tweeted that he is not on the run and will cooperate with the authorities.
However, prosecutors have denied his defense and claimed he was "clearly on the run", based on sufficient evidence to support the claim.
