The founder of Tron, Justin Sun who is now an advisor to the crypto exchange Huobi has transferred a large amount of USDT tokens in the wallet despite the unstable state of the crypto market.
He reportedly issued over $100 million USDT from Aave Protocol V2 in two rounds of transactions worth $50 million each.
In fact, he also transferred $100k TUSD to the same address funded by poloniex while $50 million USDT to an unknown wallet immediately after the USDT transaction from Aave.
It is understood that after Sun's withdrawal action, USDT in Aave Protocol V2 TVL has drastically shrunk to $200 million which now amounts to $4.07 billion.
For context, Aave's price hovered at $78.05 in the last 24 hours with trading volume up 40% at $102 million.
Meanwhile, the price of Huobi Token (HT) is said to have increased by more than 90% after Sun took over as an advisor to crypto exchange Huobi and held millions of HT tokens.
According to reports, the 74 million HT tokens transferred from two official Huobi wallets on October 13 were part of the agreement between Huobi and Sun.
