'I don't know if it's true or not Musk left his position like that.'

Perhaps determined, Elon Musk openly stated his intention to step down from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter Inc.

In a written tweet, Musk plans to step down as CEO once he finds 'someone stupid enough' to head Twitter.

I will resign as CEO as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job! After that, I will just run the software & servers teams.

He added that he will focus on the software and server side as soon as he leaves the position of CEO of Twitter that he held a few months ago.

It is believed to be a string from a survey he conducted on December 19, asking whether or not he should resign.

The result of a vote by Twitter users showed that 57.5% agreed that Musk should resign while another 42.5% said no.

Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.

The matter also indirectly sparked rumors about the direction of Musk and Twitter after they faced court proceedings regarding the actions of mass layoffs.

It turns out that the headlines about Musk, Twitter and even Tesla are about to fill the press and the media with this sudden news that is not expected to subside, especially with the behavior of the CEO who does not run away from controversy.

Meanwhile, a separate news saw Musk strengthen his position in the 2nd place in the list of the world's billionaires with the value of his wealth shrinking by another $7.9 billion.

Looking at Forbes's Real Time Billionaires List and Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Musk continues to be behind Bernard Arnault while Guatam Adani is seen closely chasing the 2nd position in the chart.
