'It's okay to feel like Musk's time on Twitter is down. Always complain, it has to be solved.'
Yesterday the microblogging application Twitter experienced problems with interruptions for the number of times this year, but it was the first time for its new owner, Elon Musk.
Looking at the Downdetector data, nearly 9,000 people from San Fransico to Tokyo and even a few in Hong Kong are facing problems accessing Twitter or their accounts are displaying error messages.
However, the uproar that occurred was successfully addressed by the company and Musk a few hours after a number of users complained.
Interestingly, it's Musk's first disruption since his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter and his massive layoffs.
It should be noted that Musk has already fired almost half of Twitter's employees after the acquisition, including those who worked in the software department.
And it seems some users are taking advantage of the disruption to blame Musk for the massive layoffs.
It turns out that Musk and Twitter are about to enter the new year full of challenges when one problem after another appears in the past such as issues with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and European content legislation.
In the meantime, Musk may step down from his position as chief executive officer of Twitter next year once he finds a suitable candidate to replace him.
