Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's failure to submit its 2022 Annual Report before December 22 has the potential to cause trading in its shares to be suspended on Friday (December 23).

This left the engineering services company's shares under pressure on Tuesday to open unchanged at 1.5 sen earlier this morning.

It then plunged to an all-time low of 1 sen with a market capitalization of RM37.27 million.

Earlier in November, the Stock Exchange had given the company an extension of one and a half months to release its annual report but it failed to submit it within the stipulated time.

As a result, the regulator issued a warning that trading in the company's shares will be suspended from December 23 until a date to be announced if the report is not published before December 22.

Serba Dinamik was previously suspended for six months due to its failure to comply with Bursa instructions regarding its audit issues, causing it to lose 90.91% of its value when it started trading at 11 sen on May 9 this year.
