I don't know how many times but the shares of the oil and gas engineering company, Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd have been suspended from trading on Bursa Malaysia.
The reason for the suspension was already clear, and it became apparent when the company failed to comply with the annual report disclosure instructions requested before the deadline of December 22, 2022.
Previously, the company was asked to update its report and send it before December 22 (Thursday) after the country's stock institution gave an extension of 1 and a half months to do so.
It is also clear under the directive that if the company fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the deadline is allowed, then its shares will be suspended.
In addition, if it lasts up to a period of 6 months from the end date of the relevant period, then the delisting procedure will begin.
It turns out that Serba Dinamik is still reluctant to submit the company's report, especially after the audit case that was 'cantoed' by the independent auditor EY Consulting.
In the meantime, the last time Serba Dinamik shares were traded yesterday it appeared as the 2nd most actively traded stock with 83.86 million shares changing hands.
