The opening of a hospital by the founder of Cardano (ADA), Charles Hoskinson called "Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic" in February 2023 will allow its customers to pay for medicine using ADA.
The statement came as Hoskinson responded to a question from one of his Twitter followers who asked if they could pay clinic bills using the cryptocurrency.
However, Hoskinson still hasn't thought about whether he will accept digital assets such as Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) as part of his payment.
As a context, Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic based in Wyoming, United States (US) offers a variety of medical services such as primary care, mental health, women's health, proactive screening, cancer, dietary medicine or nutrition and cardiovascular care.
In addition, the hospital also focuses on extending the lives of aging patients, biological supplements, diet, exercise and medical treatment.
Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic, which will reportedly open next month, is trying to increase its staff, where it currently only has around ten employees.
Meanwhile, Hoskinson had launched a Nessie restaurant and whiskey lounge in Wyoming in June to promote ADA adoption among investors, but the plan simply fell flat.
