Based on a hint from Shytoshi Kusama's Twitter status, ShibArmy believes the Shibarium Beta release will happen on February 14, Valentine's Day.

Shiba Inu whale group SHIB HOLDER in a tweet on January 20 shared that the Shibarium is expected to launch on February 14. The Shiba Inu community believes the new biography does point to the launch of Shibarium Beta on Valentine's Day.
Although preparations for the launch are not fully complete, the release of documents on the basic concept and the BONE gas token by Shibarium's official Twitter account indicates that the launch is getting closer.
