"I didn't think Trump's NFT would get such a warm welcome, eh."
A day after its initial launch, the second collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that license the name and image of former United States (US) President Donald Trump sold out overnight on April 19, 2023.
The NFT collection featuring 47,000 units priced at $99 each has managed to generate over $4.65 million while the “Trump Digital Trading Cards Series 2” collection at Opensea reached 750 ETH in trading volume.
In context, NFT Trump has used the name, likeness and image of the former president under a paid license, therefore neither Trump nor The Trump Organization has any authority to own, manage or control it.
Please be informed that individuals can get tickets to attend the Gala Dinner with Trump in South Florida if they buy 47 Digital Trading Cards or 100 cards via crypto.
However, the purchase of NFT via credit card and Wrapped Ethereum (wETH) is also allowed and users who wish to receive the digital collection can apply the Torus wallet during payment.
In addition to being minted on the Polygon blockchain and designed by artist Clark Mitchell, the developer revealed that each NFT Autographed Card has been digitally signed by Trump but has nothing to do with the political campaign.
Although a Manhattan grand jury on March 31 last year indicted the former president on charges of business fraud, the price of Trump's Series 1 NFT launched in December 2022 has soared above the floor price.
