Azsat Global Sdn Bhd is suing Perdana Petroleum's subsidiary, Intra Oil Services Bhd (IOS), for RM6.7 million.
This was after IOS acted to terminate its satellite internet service contract for its vessels with immediate effect.
Bursa Malaysia told Azsat that it is demanding RM6.7 million and 5% interest per annum until full payment is made.
Azsat also claimed that IOS conspired with three other parties to result in their contract being terminated.
The petroleum company denied any conspiracy and said it had appointed a lawyer to defend itself in the case.
