According to a report by North Korea’s official media outlet, KCNA, North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un has reaffirmed his country’s unwavering and unconditional support for Russia in the war in Ukraine, expressing his confidence that Moscow will “win the holy struggle for justice.”

As of today, South Korean intelligence has revealed that more than 600 North Korean soldiers have reportedly been killed, and thousands more injured while fighting for Russia.

Not only that, North Korea is also alleged to have sent 9 million rounds of ammunition and rockets to Russia, in return for anti-aircraft weapons from the Kremlin.

The move is part of a military agreement between the two nuclear-armed countries, including a mutual defense clause, signaling an increasingly close and dangerous alliance.

Kim’s latest meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu came on the same day that South Korea’s new President, Lee Jae-myung, was sworn in and offered peace dialogue, which Pyongyang politely rejected.

Meanwhile, Pyongyang slammed French President Emmanuel Macron after he suggested that the NATO alliance might need to intervene in Asia if China failed to stop North Korea from sending troops to help Russia.

North Korea analyst Choe Ju Hyun responded by calling the statement “nonsense” and an attempt to “hide NATO’s evil intentions to trample on the Asia-Pacific region.”
