Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian suffered a minor leg wound in an Israeli attack while attending a meeting of Iran's Supreme National Security Council last month.
The attack occurred on June 17 when Iran's top leader and three top government officials were holding a meeting on the ground floor of a building in western Tehran.
According to reports, the six-missile attack targeted the building's entrance and exit, which was described as similar to an assassination attempt on Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
Iranian authorities also suspect the possibility of a leak of internal information due to the precision of the strikes.
The Israeli-Iranian conflict ended following a ceasefire that took effect on June 24 after Tel Aviv airstrikes killed 606 people and injured 5,332 others in Iran.
