Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim stole the attention of netizens after uploading a mysterious poster on Facebook.
Through the post, Anwar hinted at a special form of appreciation that would be given to individuals or parties whose identities were not disclosed to the public.
He also called on the public to wait for the surprise that would be announced in the near future.
Within an hour of being uploaded, the post received more than 7,000 likes, almost 3,000 comments and was shared by more than 500 followers.
User Apexx Naim in the comments section explained that the image was an advertisement under the Malaysia Madani initiative, and that such announcements usually refer to several situations.
The announcement was also said to include financial assistance, tax reductions, national awards and the launch of new programs in the fields of education, health and employment.
