Tesla CEO Elon Musk attended a dinner with US President Donald Trump and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the White House.
The reunion marked their first public appearance since a major spat earlier this year.
Musk and Trump's presence at the event is likely a sign of reconciliation between the two figures.
Musk previously supported and financed Trump's election campaign last year, and served as a close adviser in the administration earlier this year.
He also headed the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and oversaw spending cuts and reductions in federal government staff.
However, their relationship began to fray after Musk criticized Trump's tax and spending bills on social media and expressed his intention to form a new political party.
Trump responded to the criticism by threatening to end billions of dollars in subsidies that Musk's companies receive from the US government.
Analysts say the spat between Musk and Trump, along with Musk's far-right politics, has hurt Tesla's brand image, sales and stock price.
Since the feud, Musk and Trump have rarely appeared together in public.
Musk was last seen meeting Trump at a memorial service for conservative activist Charlie Kirk last September.
