Palestinian Authority Receives $90 Million From Saudi Arabia!

The Palestinian Authority has received $90 million from Saudi Arabia as part of the government's commitment to support the Palestinian administration.


The handover of the funds was made by the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation who is also the acting Minister of Finance, Estephan Salameh, at the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Amman.


The funds were handed over during a meeting with the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Jordan and non-permanent envoy to Palestine, Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan Al-Saud.


According to the Wafa news agency, Salameh expressed his gratitude to Saudi Arabia for its continued financial and political support for the rights of the Palestinian people and the efforts to establish an independent Palestinian state.


Prince Mansour also stressed Saudi Arabia's commitment as co-chair of the international conference in New York to support Palestine and resolve the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine.


He also explained that the funds channeled are part of Saudi Arabia's commitment to help the Palestinian government meet its financial obligations.


In addition, Prince Mansour emphasized Saudi Arabia's continued support in strengthening the resilience of the Palestinian people and developing important sectors, including health and education.
