The US stock market closed mixed early this morning as other technology software remained under pressure in after-hours trading.
In terms of the performance of Wall Street's main indexes, the S&P 500 fell 0.54% to 6,908.86 points, the Nasdaq Composite fell 1.18% to 22,878.38 points, while the Dow Jones rose 0.03% to 49,499.20 points.
Turning to the performance of individual stocks, shares of cybersecurity firm Zscaler plunged almost 10% after its previously delayed quarterly earnings and billings report fell below expectations.
Nvidia shares also fell 1.18% despite managing to record profits that exceeded analysts' expectations.
On the other hand, Netflix shares jumped 11% after the world-famous streaming company withdrew from the acquisition of Warner Bros.
Meanwhile, according to a Discovery Inc report, the fall occurred after Paramount Skydance Corp. bid at a higher value, thus making the deal no longer financially attractive.
