Israeli military spokeswoman Effie Defrin said that Israel has killed around 1,900 Iranian soldiers and commanders since the start of the conflict between the United States (US)-Israel and Iran.
She also stressed that Israel has not ruled out the possibility of targeting Iran's new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
Defrin confirmed the second death from an Iranian missile attack in Israel yesterday.
This development increases the number of civilian casualties in the country to 12, in addition to the loss of two soldiers who were killed in fighting against Hezbollah militants in Lebanon.
According to the Israeli Health Ministry, 2,238 people in Israel have been transferred to hospitals since the war began, with 91 of them still receiving treatment.
Defrin also stated that the air force continued its offensive operations yesterday by attacking Tehran, Isfahan and southern Iran.
Since the war began, the Israeli military has attacked six military airports in Iran and targeted Quds force transport aircraft.
Israel also destroyed 16 cargo planes used to transport weapons and funds to Iran's allies in the region.
Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes continued in Beirut, targeting 35 high-rise buildings used by Hezbollah, covering 700 sites in Lebanon.
