Trump Warns Iran: “Peace Now or Regret Later!”

US President Donald Trump has issued a stark warning to Iran via Truth Social, demanding Tehran immediately agree to a peace plan or face irreversible military action that could be too late. The warning comes as the war between the two sides enters its fourth week with Iran’s military destruction described by Trump as “very critical.”

There have been conflicting narratives about the status of the peace talks. Washington claims that the talks are ongoing, while Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi insists that Tehran is only reviewing the US proposal through intermediaries without any direct interaction or negotiations with the Americans.

The US is reportedly moving thousands of additional troops to the Middle East region in preparation for further action. Analysts have warned that the US may seize the Kharg Island oil port or forcibly reopen the Strait of Hormuz if diplomacy fails in the near future.

Tensions have escalated as the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament claimed to have intelligence about enemy plans to occupy Iranian islands. Military experts expect any U.S. strike to be more likely to be a rapid, targeted operation, rather than a protracted ground campaign.

Meanwhile, regional support for Iran has eroded after neighboring countries' energy infrastructure was also targeted. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other Gulf states have issued joint statements condemning Iran's actions and expressing their readiness to respond to defend their national security.
