Bitcoin Trend Sees $90,000 Again?

Bitcoin has once again stolen the world's attention after surging past the $76,000 level, a level it has not touched in over two months.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is currently at $74,704, up 0.04% since it opened early Wednesday in Asian trading.

This rise is not just a normal movement, but is seen by analysts as a clear indication that the crypto king is re-entering a stronger 'bull market' phase and has the potential to trigger a price surge to higher levels in the near future.

One of the most important signals is the formation of an 'ascending triangle' pattern, a chart structure that usually indicates increasing buying pressure.

This pattern forms when the price creates higher lows while facing horizontal resistance, and when the resistance is successfully broken, it often leads to an aggressive upward movement.

In Bitcoin’s case, a break above the $73,000 to $76,000 zone is seen as a critical point that could pave the way towards the psychological $80,000 level, before a larger target of around $90,000 becomes a reality.

The market momentum is also strengthening as technical indicators such as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) are showing a significant increase.

From a previous oversold state, the RSI is now back in healthy territory, reflecting a change in sentiment from selling pressure to buyer dominance.

The latest data shows that the number of daily transactions has increased sharply, reaching a 17-month high.

This increase not only reflects more active usage, but also indicates that users are becoming more confident in the network.

In fact, transaction fees have also increased, a sign that users are willing to pay more to ensure their transactions are processed quickly, something that often happens when demand on the network surges.

Interestingly, this current level of activity is reported to be higher than when Bitcoin was at much higher prices before.

This situation signals that the market may still be in the early stages of a bullish cycle, where fundamentals are beginning to strengthen before prices really jump to more extreme levels.

In other words, what is happening now may just be the beginning of a larger bullish wave.
