CIMB Group has announced a system maintenance schedule throughout April that will cause temporary disruption to debit card usage, particularly for in-store and online purchase transactions.
The longest disruption is scheduled for April 7, involving a period of approximately 7.5 hours from midnight to 7.30am. During this period, all purchases using CIMB Debit Cards will be unavailable.
In addition, maintenance is also scheduled for April 9 and April 16, for two hours each from midnight to 2am. Other disruptions include a five-hour period on April 10 and a six-hour period on April 25 from midnight to 6am.
In total, the total planned disruptions throughout the month are estimated to reach approximately 22.5 hours, involving several phased maintenance sessions.
CIMB advises customers to plan their payment arrangements in advance to avoid any inconvenience during the affected period.
However, alternative channels such as CIMB OCTO, CIMB Clicks and DuitNow will continue to operate as usual during the maintenance period.
