How Much Will You Receive For SARA June 2026?
The payment amount for June remains the same as the previous month. Here’s the latest breakdown:
Household Category
- Registered under eKasih as poor or hardcore poor: RM200
- STR 2026 approved recipients (non-eKasih): RM100
Senior Citizens Without Spouse
- eKasih poor or hardcore poor category: RM150
- Non-eKasih recipients: RM50
Singles Aged 21–59
- eKasih poor or hardcore poor category: RM100
- Non-eKasih recipients: RM50
This means recipients will continue receiving the same aid amount they got in May 2026.
Big Update Coming In July 2026
Another important update is expected at the end of July 2026. The government will conduct a new review through the eKasih platform to identify newly verified poor and hardcore poor households.
Why is this important?
Because recipients who are newly approved under the eKasih category may receive HIGHER SARA payments starting August 2026.
Example:
If you currently receive RM100 as a household recipient, but your status changes to poor or hardcore poor after the July review, your payment could increase to RM200 starting August.
This gives many Malaysians a chance to update their records and apply before the July review deadline.
Your SARA Balance Will NOT Expire Monthly
Another relief for recipients: unused SARA funds will continue rolling over into the next month.
However, all balances must be used before December 31, 2026.
Recipients can check their latest balance through the official SARA platform once the June payment is credited.

The list of approved items remains under 15 categories, including the latest addition — frozen food products.
Eligible purchases now include:
